This was the first of two modern bathroom renovations completed in a beautiful home in Sevenoaks. The client’s brief was to completely transform the existing 1980s-style bathroom into a contemporary, stylish space with clean lines and functional design.

The final installation features a sleek double basin floating vanity unit in a natural wood-effect finish, paired with a minimalist white shower tray, and a wall-hung toilet for a streamlined, open feel. A concealed shower valve and coordinated modern brassware elevate the overall aesthetic.

Wall tiles in Carrara marble bring timeless elegance, while a feature channelled tile adds texture to the shower area. A neutral floor tile ties the room together, offering warmth and balance.

The project was completed in just 2.5 weeks, following a meticulous design and planning process. The room was stripped back to bare brick, with reinforced flooring and plastering carried out where necessary to ensure a high-quality finish.

A recessed LED mirror—housed within a custom-built wall frame—completes this beautiful design, along with the his-and-hers vanity, which offers ample storage and everyday functionality. The result is a modern, spa-like bathroom that feels clean, elegant, and fully updated for modern living
