Our Design Process

Step 1 - Visit Our Showroom

Visit our showroom and talk to one of our design experts. Share your ideas and look at any displays or pieces within the showroom that you might like. Discuss and schedule a site visit with a member of the team.

Step 2 - Measure Up

One of our designers will visit your home to take measurements of your bathroom, check technicalities of the room layout and pipework. After their visit they will prepare your bathroom design on our 4D Virtual Reality software.

Step 3 - Finalise Design

We will welcome you back into the showroom to see your prepared bathroom design. We will discuss samples, styles, colours and ranges with you to put the absolute best and final design together to complete your bathroom transformation.

If you are having our installation team fit your brand new bathroom we will also talk you through this process, discussing any requirements and dates for the upcoming install.

Step 4 - Book A Date

Book us in! Once you have reviewed your design the next step is to either book in a date for us to install your dream bathroom or to use our project management services to assist you with just supplying your bathroom suite.

If you are having your bathroom fitted by our installation team we will be back for two more site visits to finalise measurements and products to make sure your bathroom is perfect.

If you’re using our project management service we are on hand to speak with your fitters, builders or any other tradesman that may need advice installing your suite.

Thank you so much to Joseph and the team at Olympus for renovating two bathrooms in our Victorian town house.
