Our Process
Explore the steps we take to create your perfect bathroom.
- Step 1: Initial Consultation
Your bathroom journey begins with a private tour of our showroom and a consultation. We take time to understand your lifestyle, taste and aspirations before presenting a vision tailored to you.
You are welcome to browse the showroom at your leisure. However, should you require dedicated time with one of our designers, an initial telephone or in-person consultation is required, as availability cannot always be guaranteed for walk-in visits.

- Step 2: Technical Survey
One of our expert designers will visit your home to take measurements and assess the technical details of your bathroom space. This ensures every element, from flow rates to drainage and your existing plumbing system, is considered with precision. If you are building a new home, we’ll visit once walls are in place to verify that every dimension is accurate.
Following this, and informed by the survey findings, our designers will create a bespoke design of your space using advanced CAD technology.
- Step 3: Design Presentation
You will be invited to the showroom for a private design presentation, where we unveil your tailored bathroom design in an immersive 4D environment. This allows you to step virtually into the space and experience your vision brought to life.
At this stage, your design is reviewed in detail. Together, we refine the scheme - exploring styles, finishes and colour palettes with carefully curated samples of brassware, tiles and materials.
We will then arrange a personal site visit with your dedicated project manager. This meeting enables us to discuss requirements, timelines and the finer details of the installation process, ensuring a seamless experience with our in-house team from concept to completion.
- Step 4: In-House Installation
Once you have reviewed and finalised your design, the next step is to schedule a date for our team to bring your bathroom to life.
By the time installation day arrives, all materials, fittings and plans will be fully coordinated by us, allowing our skilled installers to work efficiently and with minimal disruption to your home. Our team will manage the entire process with care and professionalism, keeping you informed at each stage and ensuring a high-quality installation from start to finish.
- Step 5: Assured Aftercare
Our commitment to quality continues after your bathroom is complete. Once installation is finished, you will receive an aftercare pack with clear cleaning and maintenance guidance to help keep your bathroom looking its best.
Every bathroom we install is covered by a five-year workmanship guarantee. We also offer an annual maintenance service; further details can be found here.
