Our Process

Your bathroom journey begins with a private tour and consultation at our state-of-the-art showroom. We take time to understand your lifestyle, taste and aspirations before presenting a vision tailored to you.
One of our expert designers will visit your home to take measurements and assess the technical details of your bathroom space. This ensures every element, from flow rates to drainage and your existing plumbing system, is considered with precision. If you are building a new home, we’ll visit once walls are in place to verify that every dimension is accurate.
Following this, our team will craft a bespoke design using advanced CAD technology. You’ll then be invited to our showroom, where we present your bathroom in an immersive 4D environment, allowing you to step into the space virtually and experience your vision brought to life.
You will be welcomed back into our showroom for a private design presentation. Here, your bathroom is revealed in detail. Together, we refine the vision – exploring styles, finishes and colour palettes with carefully curated samples of brassware, tiles and materials.
For clients engaging our installation service, we arrange a personal site visit with your dedicated project manager. This meeting allows us to discuss requirements, timelines and the finer details of the installation process, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to completion.
If you prefer to work with your own builder or installer, we prepare a comprehensive installation pack for your team. This includes 2D plans, elevations, product specifications and essential layout details – everything required to deliver your bathroom as envisioned.
Once you have reviewed and finalised your design, the next step is to either schedule a date for our expert team to bring your dream bathroom to life, or to engage our project management services to seamlessly supply your bathroom suite.
For those opting for our installation team, we will conduct two additional site visits to confirm precise measurements and finalise product selections, ensuring everything is in order for a smooth installation.
If you prefer to use your own installer, we remain fully available to liaise with your fitters, builders, or other tradespeople, providing guidance and support throughout the installation. They will also receive a comprehensive installation pack to assist them when fitting your bathroom.
