We are the only bathroom showroom in the area with a fully employed, in-house installation team. From design to installation, every stage is handled by our own specialists, ensuring consistent quality, clear communication and full accountability throughout your project.

Our Director and Senior Designer, Joseph, brings years of hands-on experience from previously running a successful plumbing business. This expertise plays a key role in the way we design bathrooms - allowing us to create spaces that are not only visually impressive, but also practical, technically sound and built to last. Joseph’s understanding of plumbing systems ensures potential issues are considered and resolved at the design stage, resulting in smooth installations and long-term reliability.

Every installation is overseen by our dedicated Project Manager, Connor. Having been with the company since its inception, Connor began his career as a plumbing apprentice within our former plumbing business and has progressed into his current role leading and managing the Olympus installation teams.

With over a decade of experience in luxury bathroom installations, Connor ensures every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule and meets the highest standards.

Our team brings over 30 years of combined industry experience in bathroom design, supply and installation.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome and you’re free to browse the showroom at your leisure. However, if you’d like dedicated time with one of our designers, an initial telephone or in-person consultation is required, as availability cannot always be guaranteed for walk-in visits.

We no longer offer a supply-only service. Instead, we focus exclusively on delivering a complete, end-to-end bathroom service, ensuring every project meets the highest standards and reflects our brand and ethos.

We offer a comprehensive bathroom design service for a fee of £250 per room, which includes:

• A site visit to gather all technical details
• Bespoke designs and high-quality renders
• Detailed 2D floor plans
• All design amendments
• A full presentation pack
• Product estimates
• All follow-up meetings with one of our designers

If you require designs for multiple rooms, a discretionary discount may be applied to the overall design fee.

Should you proceed with us for the installation of your new bathroom(s), the design fee will be fully deducted from your final invoice.
