At Olympus, we are proud that our products are manufactured to the very highest standards of quality and design. To keep your manufacturer’s warranty valid, and to ensure your bathroom continues to perform at its best, it’s essential that regular checks and maintenance are carried out.

Our comprehensive Bathroom Maintenance Package has been created to take the stress out of organising ongoing care. Instead of sourcing external contractors, you can rely on an Olympus-trained technician to provide expert servicing, backed by in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with both our own products and those from other manufacturers.

While all bathrooms require routine cleaning and upkeep, we recommend booking a professional service once a year for lasting performance and peace of mind.

Whether your bathroom was installed by Olympus or fitted by another provider, our maintenance service is available to everyone.

What’s Included?

With the Olympus Bathrooms Maintenance Package, you benefit from a comprehensive service designed to keep your bathroom performing at its best. Your visit includes:

• Full Product & Installation Inspection – An Olympus technician will assess all products and installation, providing a report with any findings and recommendations.
• Water Outlet Cleaning – Deep clean of tap filters, basin and bath wastes.
• Tap & Shower Maintenance – Cleaning of cartridges, diverters and valves.
• Shower Head Descaling – Thorough clean and scale removal.
• Shower Drain Deep Clean – Removal of debris to improve drainage.
• Shower Pump Check – Performance check for smooth, quiet operation.

• Adjustments & Tightening – Seats, fittings, taps, flush plates and other components adjusted as needed.
• Mechanical Repairs – Repair or replacement of mechanical parts where required.
• Cistern Service – Descaling of float valves and syphons.
• Heated Towel Rail & Radiator Check – Air bleed, valve and temperature checks.
• Resealing – Re-silicone where needed to protect against leaks.
• Grout & Silicone Cleaning – Deep clean to refresh appearance.

Pricing

Full Day – £550 inc. VAT
Includes all cleaning materials, silicone, grease and descaling products.

Half Day – £275 inc. VAT
A shorter visit covering essential checks and cleaning (less comprehensive than the full-day service).

If additional parts are required, they will be charged separately at £75 inc. VAT per hour, plus the cost of parts and materials.
