We have three dedicated in-house fitting teams capable of handling every aspect of a bathroom installation. All our fitters are directly employed, with some having been with us since before Olympus was founded, allowing us to provide a complete, turnkey solution for creating your dream bathroom.
Every installation is overseen by our Project Manager, who keeps you informed throughout the process. With over 30 years of installation experience, our teams undertake projects of all sizes, from straightforward updates to more complex transformations, such as adding a new bathroom where one didn’t previously exist or dividing a larger space into two.
While we specialise in expert bathroom installations, we also have the skills and experience to carry out a full range of plumbing services. From new installations to repairs and maintenance, our professionals are equipped to handle all your plumbing needs.

If our in-house installation schedule doesn’t quite fit your time frame, we can still help. We work with a trusted network of installation partners who can carry out the installation while we design and supply your bathroom as usual.
Our Installation Process
Explore the steps our in-house team takes to install your new bathroom
- Step 1: Prepare & Remove Existing Bathroom
Upon arrival, our installation team will carefully lay protective sheeting to protect your home and create a clear pathway to the bathroom. They will then remove your existing bathroom and responsibly dispose of all waste.
- Step 2: First Fix
Our team will then complete all essential first-fix work, including installing any new pipework and positioning concealed components such as shower valves and tap fittings. This ensures everything is precisely set in place and ready for the next stage of your installation.
- Step 3: Tiling
Once the first-fix stage is complete, our team will begin tiling your bathroom. Tiles will be carefully set out to ensure a clean, crisp finish, with precise cuts around fixtures and fittings.
- Step 4: Second Fix
Once tiling is complete, we install your new bath, shower, basin, WC and bathroom furniture. Working from the detailed plans created by our designers and approved by you, our team ensures everything is positioned with accuracy and care, delivering a seamless, professional finish.
- Step 5: Decorating & Finishing Touches
Our team completes your bathroom with all the finishing touches, including painting, silicone sealing and the installation of accessories. We leave the space clean, tidy and ready for you to enjoy.
- Step 6: Sign Off
Your dedicated project manager will visit to review the completed project and ensure you’re happy with your new bathroom. You’ll also receive a detailed aftercare pack from us with guidance on how to help keep your bathroom looking its best.
