The other half of Olympus Bathrooms, Roxanne leads the day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing HR, recruitment and finance.

Having co-founded Olympus with Joseph in 2018, she transitioned from her 10-year career in law to help build the business from the ground up. Roxanne brings a wealth of professional experience and a considered, structured approach to ensuring the business runs seamlessly.
